A former volcanologist and university instructor who pivoted in entrepreneurship.  Yep, you read that right. I used to study the volcanoes, earning my PhD from the University of New Brunswick. That scientific discipline quickly fused with an entrepreneurial spark ignited by a gourmet chocolate side hustle, leading me to launch Incandescent Clothing, a thriving size-inclusive women's boutique.

My scientific background taught me the value of real-world strategy and data-driven results. I took that scientific rigor and applied it to my own thriving business, Incandescent Clothing, a size-inclusive women's boutique. Running my own brand, I wore every single hat—boss, planner, accountant, influencer, and social media manager. I learned the power of digital marketing the hard way: there are no shortcuts to success when you're the one building the brand, growing the audience, and driving every sale yourself.
